EasyLobby SVM
This product is the main application for processing visitors or contractors and is required for every level. SVM includes licence scanning, record management, pass printing (by either a card printer or badge printer), visitor screening (using a watch list), visitor or contractor check in and check out, notifications by email and a host of other features.

EasyLobby Administrator
One copy of the Administrator is included with every copy of SVM. It is a central administration utility that allows users to interface with the databased at an administration level, as well as real-time monitoring and reporting.
EasyLobby eAdvance Visitor Pre-Registration
eAdvance is a web-based app that allows authorised users to easily pre-register visitors and contractors online before they arrive on site. This feature also enables pre-induction to the site to minimise the time spent at reception.
EasyLobby Secure Visitor Management Satellite
Satellite is hardware used to monitor and control visitors and contractors internally once they have been processed through the SVM. This solution allows guards to spot check visitors and contractors credentials and access rights by scanning their pass. Every scan creates a record on the EasyLobby system for easy reporting.
EasyLobby Mobile Wireless Solutions
Mobile Wireless Solutions gives more flexibility with your SVM by enabling portable visitor management where previously it would not be possible such as remote guard posts that may not have power or loading docks where a check in desk is not practical.
EasyLobby eKiosk Self Registration Software
eKiosk Self Registration software is an application that is a more flexibile alternative to using a receoptionist or lobby attendant to check in visitors. eKiosk is an ideal solution for lobbies who have inadequate space for a kiosk.
